JENNIFER RICH, CNP

Jennifer Rich is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in Primary Care, and 13 years total healthcare experience.  Born and raised in Oklahoma, Jennifer is committed to helping fellow Oklahomans achieve their healthcare goals.  Jennifer has an extensive background in cardiac care with emphasis on management of high blood pressure, COPD, diabetes, and heart disease.  She worked for the Oklahoma Heart Hospital for 6 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.  She graduated at the top of her class with her Masters Degree of Nursing Science in 2018 from The University of South Alabama.  Jennifer is passionate about building patient trust, creating a supportive environment, and engaging patients to become involved in improving their health and wellness.  Jennifer also works hard to create an inclusive environment where patients of all backgrounds can feel comfortable and safe.
